At PredictX, we recognize that our mission to provide world-class data analytics is inextricably linked to the health of our planet and the wellbeing of the global community. As a software-led organization, our physical footprint is primarily concentrated in the offices we occupy, the digital infrastructure we utilize, and the travel we undertake.

By aligning our targets with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) and partnering with industry leaders like Grosvenor and Google, we are ensuring that our operations—from the desktop to the data center—are environmentally responsible. This report provides a transparent account of our progress against our 1.5°C-aligned pathways and our internal sustainability policies.

02. Our Climate Commitment

PredictX is a registered signatory of the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) (ID: 40010880). We have committed to the most ambitious pathway available to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to help keep global warming below 1.5°C.

The Pledge

• Scope 1 & 2: PredictX commits to reduce absolute Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions by 42% by 2030 from a 2021 base year.
• Scope 3: We commit to measure and reduce our Scope 3 emissions, specifically focusing on our supply chain, business travel, and digital infrastructure.

03. Mitigating Our Impact: Infrastructure & Policy

Digital Infrastructure (Cloud & Productivity)

PredictX is a "Cloud-First" organization. Our core product infrastructure and internal operations are powered by Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Workspace. We adopt Google’s world-leading efficiency metrics as our own baseline for digital sustainability:

• Net-Zero Digital Footprint: PredictX benefits from Google’s 100% renewable energy match, which has been maintained globally since 2017.
• Operational Efficiency: Our workloads run on data centers with an average Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of 1.09, meaning they use 84% less overhead energy than the industry average.
• AI-Driven Decarbonization: By utilizing Google’s seventh-generation TPUs (Ironwood), we ensure our data processing is up to 30 times more power-efficient than older hardware generations.
• Sustainable Productivity: Google Workspace enables PredictX to maintain a paperless office environment, utilizing cloud-based collaboration to minimize the need for physical storage and resource-heavy local infrastructure.

• Internal Carbon Pricing:  We assign a financial value to carbon output, creating a direct incentive for departments to reduce their travel and digital footprint.
• Supplier Engagement: We prioritize vendors who have registered science-based targets or provide clear, auditable environmental data.
• Governance: Our executive team reviews sustainability progress quarterly to ensure our 42% reduction target remains on track.
